Who we are

Welcome to Giulio Martini Servizi Aziendali LTD, a company specialized in the field of energy and legal and consulting services for businesses. Our company provides comprehensive assistance to businesses by examining electricity and gas supply contracts and their related billing, and takes action in case of refund requests for irregularly paid amounts.

For years, the free energy market has experienced continuous fluctuations, making it difficult to control and plan expenses. The liberalization of the energy market, as is obvious (but probably already known to most through direct and bitter experience), has initiated an often aggressive customer acquisition effort by new suppliers, frequently marked by unfair commercial practices and violations of regulations concerning price transparency and applied contractual conditions.

CONTRACTUAL IRREGULARITIES IN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY

This is a communication we already sent in recent months, slightly modified, in which, based on a ruling issued in favor of one of our clients against Sorgenia Spa, we proposed a consultation for a free review of your electricity supply contracts.

Clearly, our activity is NOT WELCOMED by electricity and gas supply companies, as it is incomprehensibly considered as "defamatory" towards them, aimed at unfair competition (an hypothesis "debunked" by the Order of the Milan Court on July 31, 2021), unless, of course, one wants to consider promoting any initiative aimed at informing and protecting consumer interests as illicit, in order to inhibit acts and behaviors harmful to their interests

Such activity, on the contrary, is considered by the legal system not only perfectly lawful but, indeed, deserving of protection, especially when considering that associations pursuing these objectives are expressly legitimized in this regard by the Consumer Code and the recent Law No. 31/2019 on class actions. (Article 137, paragraph 3, Consumer Code).

Even our communications, considered defamatory by most supply companies, have instead been deemed perfectly lawful by the order of the Florence Court in March 2022, where, among other things, it reads: "... upon initial examination, the communications sent by Martini ... do not appear to have a defamatory content. The language used is moderate ... regarding irregularities in the contractual aspects related to corporate electricity supplies."

We also specify, in order to dispel any misunderstandings, that our Company in no way proposes the subscription of alternative supply contracts to those you have entered into. Rather, we solely offer a free examination of the economic and contractual conditions underlying your supply contracts, with the aim of highlighting nullities and/or irregularities that have caused and continue to cause you significant economic harm. Our activity is directed towards the recovery of unlawfully requested amounts that you have paid.
